His earlier experience includes eight years at Boeing (NYSE: BA), where he was lead business analyst. In 2007, he joined what was then Harris Corp., serving in various roles such as finance lead and senior finance manager. A month after the formation of L3Harris in 2019, Fronk was appointed director of finance.
Fronk earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida and his MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology.
