Noel Samuel, former chief financial officer at immixGroup and a two-decade veteran of the commercial and government contracting sectors, has joined Bethesda, Md.-based public sector services contractor Abt Associates as CFO.
Abt said Thursday Samuel holds close to 20 years of experience in roles related to corporate finance, merger-and-acquisition, business development and consulting functions.
Samuel’s GovCon career includes roles such as group finance director at Dell‘s public sector services business, senior vice president and CFO at the former Perot Systems Government Systems and finance chief at Spear.
