Former Guidehouse Partner Mike Cosgrave Joins Tria Federal as COO

Mike Cosgrave, a former partner at Guidehouse, was appointed chief operating officer at Tria Federal, where he will oversee the information technology and advisory services provider’s administrative and operational functions.

The management and technology executive with 25 years of experience previously held the same position at IT and services company The Swift Group, Tria said Wednesday.

Cosgrave’s career also includes time at Dovel company AceInfo as president and COO, CACI International (NYSE: CACI) as senior vice president of cyber development group, Six3Systems as director, and ManTech International as VP of justice and homeland security solutions division.

“As Tria’s new COO, Mike will act as both a collaborative business partner and a change agent with the executive leadership team leading day‐to‐day execution, shaping and enhancing operational practices, and developing an operational cadence,” said Tria CEO Tim Borchert.
