Jonathan Schildkraut, formerly senior managing director for equity research at investment and consulting firm Guggenheim Partners, has joined CyrusOne (Nasdaq: CONE) as an executive vice president and chief strategy officer at the Dallas-based data center provider.
He will report directly to CyrusOne CEO Gary Wojtaszek and oversee the companys investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and digital infrastructure strategy, the company said Wednesday.
I have known Jonathan for many years and have been very impressed with his deep understanding of the data center space and broader digital infrastructure industries which combines a broad knowledge of real estate, communication and compute technologies,” Wojtaszek said.
During his stay at Guggenheim, Schildkraut was responsible for communications infrastructure projects of data center, fiber and telecommunications firms as part of the companys media, tech and telecoms research team.
