Kevin Youel Page, formerly deputy commissioner of the General Services Administrations federal acquisition service, has been named a specialist executive within the civil government sector of Deloittes consulting practice.
Page will utilize the professional services companys portfolio of offerings to meet the strategic needs of its civil government sector customers, as well as increase productivity and boost the delivery of services, Deloitte said Tuesday.
Dan Helfrich, principal of Deloitte Consulting, said Pages experience in serving the public sector will support the firm in further helping its government clients with their reorganization operations.
During his tenure in FAS, Page spearheaded a $10B shared services operation, the adoption of category management across the government and efforts to increase GSA’s business volume, customer service and employee engagement.
He also served as a procurement specialist and leader at the Treasury Department for nearly seven years.
Page graduated with a bachelors degree in political science from Tufts University and a masters degree in strategy and finance from the University of Michigans Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
