Jim Helou
Jim Helou, a three-decade technology industry veteran, has been appointed worldwide lead for Amazon Web Services’ U.S. public sector marketplace, G2Xchange ETC reported Wednesday.
He has spent nearly seven years at Google (Nasdaq: GOOGL), where he oversaw U.S. public sector channels for Google Cloud and led the company’s federal channel segment.
Helou managed business relationships with federal clients and led the delivery of cloud, geospatial and search offerings to partners during his career at Google.
Previously, Helou held vice president roles at DLT Solutions and managed its profit and loss, revenue growth, data metrics and team development functions.
His career also included leadership positions at PPS, GRIC Communication, Pitney Bowes Software, Raxco Software and Hi-Tech Resources.
He serves as a board member at the University of Richmond.
