TYSONS CORNER, VA, March 13, 2019 ” Fluor (NYSE: FLR) tapped Alan Boeckmann, a former CEO and chairman at the engineering and construction firm, to serve on the board of directors effective May 1, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
The company said Monday Boeckmann, who was chairman and CEO from 2002 to 2011 before he transitioned to be non-executive chairman prior to his retirement in 2012, brings knowledge of strategy, finance and operations as well as the markets that Fluor is part of.
