Jessen Carroll, former director of human resources technology and operations at Engility, has joined Abt Associates as vice president of HR.
Carroll will be responsible for implementing HR systems, service delivery, analytics, payroll and business partnerships in her new position, Abt said Friday.
She will also lead efforts to develop and align HR strategic goals with Abt's global priorities, as well as its pursuits of operational efficiency, process improvement and standardization opportunities.
In her previous capacity, she oversaw the implementation of human capital management systems at Engility, which Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) acquired in early 2019, and helped integrate business systems for the combined company.
Her career has also included nearly 11 years at information technology provider GTSI, where she previously directed human capital programs.
