Former Engility Exec David Spille Named Parsons VP for Investor Relations

David Spille, former vice president of investor relations at Engility, has been appointed to the same position at Parsons (NYSE: PSN).

Parsons said Monday Spille has more than two decades of investor relations experience, which includes eight years in the federal information technology services industry, and his professional background encompasses mergers and acquisitions, capital fundraising and communications.

The Centreville, Va.-based company sold more than 18.5M shares for $27 each and raised an estimated $462.9M in its initial public offering that closed Friday.

He also previously led investor relations activities at CACI International (NYSE: CACI), Deltek and enterprise software vendor webMethods. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Nasdaq stock market analyst.

Spille earned his bachelor’s degree in management from Radford University and his MBA degree from George Washington University.
