Brian Fitzpatrick, formerly an industry executive at DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC), has been named senior vice president of business development at LMI.
David Zolet, LMI president and CEO, said in a statement published Wednesday Fitzpatrick will help the Tysons, Virginia-based nonprofit government consulting services contractor expand its market presence and seek new opportunities to better serve government clients.
Fitzpatrick has decades of experience in business development, capture management, proposals and teaming efforts in the government and commercial sectors.
Prior to DXC, he served as a VP at American Systems and as a director at Northrop Grummans (NYSE: NOC) mission systems business.
He also held senior business development posts at Harris (NYSE: HRS) and Ericsson and started as a journalist in New York.
