Claire Grady, former acting deputy secretary at the Department of Homeland Security, has joined Gryphon Technologies as an executive vice president.
She will report to Gryphon CEO P.J. Braden and be responsible for streamlining corporate departments as well as overseeing procurement, facilities, human capital, security, contracts, information technology and facilities in her new position, the company said Thursday.
The three-decade government service veteran previously served as undersecretary for management at DHS and has worked with multiple government agencies, companies international partners and companies.
Grady also led 30K procurement personnel as director of defense procurement and acquisition policy at the Pentagon’s Office of the Secretary of Defense.
She also held roles of increasing responsibility at the U.S. Coast Guard and Naval Sea Systems Command.
