The certified public accountant will oversee Castellum’s finance functions, including audit and tax processes, and will report to President and CEO Mark Fuller, the company said Monday.
Bell spent 14 years at Deloitte as an audit partner and worked with clients within the defense and technology industries during his career there.
He also served as an audit manager at Arthur Andersen earlier in his career.
Fuller said Castellum’s newly appointed CFO brings accounting and governance experience as the company looks to up-list itself to a stock exchange.
