Catriona Fallon, former vice president of finance and chief of staff to the chief financial officer at Cognizant Technology Solutions, has been appointed to serve as CFO of Hitachi Vantara.
Hitachi Vantara said Friday Fallon will report directly to CEO Brian Householder and oversee financial reporting, controllership, treasury, internal audit and real estate functions in her new role.
Householder said he expects Fallon to help drive growth efforts and outcomes for customers as the company aims to transform into a global organization focused on digital transformation services.
She has nearly 20 years of finance, equity research and technology experience. Her corporate career has included positions at Silver Spring Networks, Marin Software, Mckinsey & Co., Hewlett-Packard, Piper Jaffray & Company and Citigroup.
