Logan Jones, a 13-year veteran of Boeing (NYSE: BA), has been named general manager of SparkCognition's newly formed subsidiary that aims to develop and market artificial intelligence-based platforms to the government sector.
He brings to SparkCognition Government Systems his industry experience in the autonomous technology, commercial defense strategy and business partnership areas, SGS said Monday.
Jones most recently served as a vice president at Boeing’s HorizonX venture capital arm, which is one of SparkCognition's investors, and a senior director at Boeing’s NeXt mobility business.
