Joseph Donohue, former chief financial officer at Tech Data‘s (Nasdaq: TECD) DLT Solutions subsidiary, has taken on the same role at Gryphon Technologies.
He will oversee Gryphon’s financial matters such as capital management, budgeting, control, reporting, analysis, forecasting and banking relations, the company said Monday.
Donohue also previously served as CFO at Agilex Technologies, which Accenture (NYSE: ACN) acquired in 2015.
Gryphon is a portfolio company of investment firm AE Industrial Partners and offers digital engineering, cloud computing, predictive analytics and technical services to the national security market.
