Stephen Passuth, a more than three-decade government services industry veteran, has joined Reston, Virginia-based information technology company Converged Security Solutions (CSS) as chief financial officer. He will oversee financial, treasury and accounting functions at CSS along with its Evolver and eVigilant brands, the company said Monday.
Passuth previously held the CFO position at professional services contractors The Building People, Comtech and Engineering Solutions and Products.
“With his experience in all facets of finance and accounting, his blend of industry expertise, success in growing companies, and strong leadership will be a significant asset to our team as we continue to drive towards our strategic goals,” said CSS CEO Mike Santelli.
