A joint venture between TurningPoint and DSFederal has won a 51-month, $9.9M task order to provide help desk support to contact centers administered by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Service. Rockville, Md.-based said Monday that it will help the CMS address technical support requests from call center customers regarding the Medicare program and health insurance marketplace.
The agency awarded the task order via the Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract. DSFederal offers software and web development services to help federal customers manage information and train employees.
TurningPoint focuses on end-to-end information technology support across areas such as health IT and telecommunications.
