Jim Arthur, a business development professional with nearly 30 years of federal market experience, has joined Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP) as capture manager, G2Xchange ETC reported Monday.
He previously served in BD leardership roles at Technica, Serco‘s U.S. arm, Octo Consulting Group, FCi Federal and Computer Sciences Corp.
Arthur helped deliver services and capture businesses within the defense and civilian markets. Before joining industry, he spent four years in the U.S. Army as a signals intelligence analyst and Polish linguist.
