Alison Paris, who holds 15 years of federal market experience, has been named vice president of talent acquisition at Peraton.
She will report to Peraton Chief Human Resources Officer Laurie Foglesong and oversee strategy formation, operational standards, workforce development other functions involved in identifying and acquiring talent, the company said Thursday.
Paris will also work with the Herndon, Va.-based government contractor's corporate communications unit and other executives to address its employee value proposition. She previously worked at CACI (NYSE: CACI), Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC), TASC and Engility.
“Her deep understanding of Peraton’s markets and the emergent warfighting domains on which we focus will be invaluable as we continue to differentiate ourselves in the national security field and pursue top-tier employees," Foglesong said of the appointment.
