Fearless, a Baltimore, Maryland-based digital services firm, has won a potential five-year, $120 million blanket purchase agreement from the General Services Administration’s Technology Transformation Services to support modernization efforts across the government, Technical.ly reported Tuesday.
The software firm will provide TTS offices and initiatives with shared services for application development, data science, product, delivery and quality assurance under the TTS Organizational Transformation to Agile Lifecycle BPA for Functional Area 3.
Fearless will also offer technology transformation consultancy to support engineering, DevOps, product and design efforts of the specified functional area.
Greg Godbout, director of digital services and business development for Fearless, commented on TTS’ use of BPA to enable the streamlined award of task orders for projects. “It makes it faster for them to adapt to what needs are coming their way.”
Aside from Fearless, GSA awarded three more TOTAL agreements to other small businesses, G2Xchange FedCiv reported July 13. SemanticBits, Bixal and Amivero each won the 5-year BPA for Functional Areas 1, 2 and 4, respectively.
