FDH Aero has acquired Madison Aerospace in a deal that adds product offerings to FDH’s portfolio supporting aircraft original equipment manufacturers.
The acquisition marks the sixth for El Segundo, California-based FDH since it became an investee of Audax Private Equity in 2017, the aerospace and defense products distribution company said Friday.
Brian Hutchins, founder and president of Madison Aerospace, will continue to lead the business with Craig Hutchins, the entity’s vice president and general manager.
The acquired company is headquartered in Haltom City, Texas, and employs a team of professionals who have more than three decades of industry experience.
