The transaction marks FDH’s 11th completed acquisition since it became a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity in 2017, the aerospace distribution company said Tuesday.
Calco is headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, and provides inventory and supply chain management products to aircraft original equipment manufacturers across the defense and commercial sectors.
Calco founders Charlie Gralapp and Lisa Gralapp will continue to lead the new FDH Aero company alongside Vice President Daniel Gralapp.
In November, FDH Aero completed its acquisition of Unical Defense , a member of the Unical group of companies that provides aftermarket parts and logistics support to military customers.
