FAA is looking for original equipment manufacturers capable of providing network infrastructure components, personal computing devices, computer peripherals and accessories, audio/visual equipment and software to support the equipment and cloud-based services, according to a notice posted Friday on SAM.gov.
The acquisition initiative has an estimated value between $5 billion and $10 billion.
The multiple-award contract is expected to include technical and professional services to support the full life cycle management of IT assets. FAA also requires support services related to the installation, configuration, integration and maintenance of the hardware and software products.
