Professional services firm EY US will absorb California-based information technology and management consultancy Cambria Solutions under an agreement signed between the two companies.
Cambria runs a privately funded innovation laboratory, called Kappy , that focuses on developing technology for government applications, and will become part of the EY wavespace collaboration network , the audit and advisory services provider said Monday.
Gerry Dixon , managing partner of the government and public sector practice at EY, noted that Cambria works with state and local agencies across health and human services, modernization, and transportation programs.
Both parties are taking part in this year’s Medicaid Enterprise Systems Community event that aims to bring together public and private sector representatives to share insights on systems and policies associated with the country’s health insurance program.
