Professional services firm EY US will absorb California-based information technology and management consultancy Cambria Solutions under an agreement signed between the two companies.
Cambria runs a privately funded innovation laboratory, called Kappy , that focuses on developing technology for government applications, and will become part of the EY wavespace collaboration network , the audit and advisory services provider said Monday.
Gerry Dixon , managing partner of the government and public sector practice at EY, noted that Cambria works with state and local agencies across health and human services, modernization, and transportation programs.
