EY US has purchased technology consulting firm Dignari as part of efforts to improve its capability to deliver advanced security offerings to public and private sectors and strengthen its homeland security operations.
EY said Monday the acquisition reflects the company’s commitment to serving the U.S. government.
“We believe that blending EY US’s commitment to provide customers with mission-ready solutions and Dignari’s identity and access management capabilities in the homeland security space will offer a highly differentiated value proposition for our government clients,” said Doree Keating, government and public sector Americas industry group leader at EY.
Keating noted that EY is excited to welcome the Dignari team to its government and public sector practice.
The McLean Group LLC served as the exclusive financial advisor to Dignari.
