ExecutiveBiz featured Kim Lynch, executive vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton, in its most recent Executive Spotlight interview published Friday. She discussed company culture and core values as well as workforce retention and expansion efforts. Lynch also talked about Booz Allen’s strategic goals for growth in 2022 and how artificial intelligence and machine learning could be applied to address the industry’s decision making challenges.
