EverWatch has announced the appointment of Fred Funk, a three-decade defense and intelligence veteran, as chief growth officer, and Diane Nguyen, a more than 25-year financial executive, as chief financial officer.
Funk co-founded KEYW and previously served as former president of ASRC Federal™s cyber and signals intelligence systems division, the company said Tuesday.
Nguyen served as CFO and vice president of finance at General Dynamics™ (NYSE: GD) information technology business and started her public accounting career at Coopers & Lybrand.
