Hillen said the company will integrate Northwood employees into its operations and continue to develop new capabilities in support of clients critical missions.
Northwood Global Solutions provides cybersecurity, cloud, big data, analytics and other IT platforms and services to the intelligence community and federal agencies.
Ashburn, Va.-based EverWatch is a portfolio company of private investment firm Enlightenment Capital with approximately 400 employees and provides intelligence, defense and deployed mission support to government clients.
