Ostfeld will serve on the executive committee of Michael Baker and be responsible for leading its pursuit of design-build projects, the Pittsburg-based infrastructure engineering and consulting company said Tuesday.
The nearly 25-year engineering sector veteran previously led integrated delivery business development for western U.S. operations at Parsons as vice president.
He also worked for WSP USA as alternative delivery manager and helped build the company’s design-build practice in the Pacific Northwest.
Ostfeld, a civil engineering graduate of Washington State University, has extensive government project management experience in the U.S., Canada and Guam.
