L3Harris Technologies has appointed Eric DiStasi as vice president of strategy and business development and general manager of its advanced missile programs.
The executive is a long-time defense industry leader. He joined L3Harris in 2021 as director of corporate strategy and development. More recently, he was VP of strategy, business development and communications for Aerojet Rocketdyne.
Before L3Harris, he was at Lockheed Martin for over seven years. During his time at the defense technology provider, he led strategy, business development and regional sales.
The defense industry leader holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Connecticut State University, a master’s in business administration from the University of New Haven and a master’s in organizational leadership from Albertus Magnus College.
