Eric Sedlacek, formerly director of business development at
Engility , has been appointed to the same position at
Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC), G2Xchange ETC
reported Tuesday .
He joins SAIC upon its $2.5B all-stock acquisition of the Chantilly, Va.-based contractor and will be responsible for overseeing department of State and Justice accounts in his new position.
Sedlacek previously served as a Abshire-Inamori International Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, where he worked with industry and government leaders to address development, security and diplomacy matters.
