A business unit of Elbit Systems (Nasdaq: ESLT) has won a potential five-year, $103 million contract to manufacture 60mm, 81mm and 120mm mortar weapon systems for the U.S. Army.
The Defense Departmentsaid Wednesday Elbit Systems unit EFW will perform work under the firm-fixed-price contract through Sept. 13, 2021.
The Army Contracting Command received three bids for the procurement effort through an online-based solicitation and will provide funds and determine performance location upon issuance of each order.
