NCI Vet Eddie Morris Joins Excella in VP Role

Eddie Morris, a nearly 25-year veteran of NCI Information Systems, has been named vice president of strategic pricing and profitability at Arlington, Virginia-based technology services provider Excella.

He will be responsible for ensuring that Excella’s artificial intelligence and agile transformation service offerings are appropriate and align with federal acquisition requirements, the company said Thursday.

Morris most recently served as senior director of pricing at Mission Essential, where he oversaw strategy, compliance and cost proposal functions for its work in the government and commercial sectors.

His career started at NCI in 1994 and worked at ManTech (Nasdaq: MANT) as vice president and group operating controller from May 2014 to August 2015 before returning to NCI.
