She will oversee HR, recruitment and culture- and career-building initiatives and help attract and retain business and technology talent to advance corporate growth, ECS said Tuesday.
“Kelly has proven herself as a leader who can drive company growth through outstanding human capital management,” said ECS President John Heneghan.
Her expertise and leadership skills will provide vital support for ECS’ growth strategy, helping us scale our operations and expand services for our customers,” added Heneghan, a 2024 Wash100 awardee.
Prior to ECS, Demaitre was chief people officer at Karsun Solutions.
Her industry career included time as chief human resources officer at Dovel Technologies and SVP of HR at CACI International (NYSE: CACI).
