Dynetics said Thursday it will operate AMS as a wholly owned subsidiary, effective Jan. 2, and has appointed Cindy Griner, manager of Dynetics™ engineering services and solutions division, to succeed Tim Kirkpatrick as president of AMS.
Griner is a 34-year Dynetics veteran who holds a bachelor™s degree in engineering physics from Murray State University and master™s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Alabama.
Huntsville, Alabama-based AMS was founded in 1999 as a joint venture of Camber Corp. and Dynetics and provides military engineering support and technology platforms to U.S. government clients that include the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command and the Army Acquisition Support Center.
