The General Services Administration has issued a draft request for proposals on a governmentwide contract covering information technology services worth up to $20B for vendors certified under the Small Business Administration 8(a) program.
GSA said Friday the STARS III GWAC vehicle will have a five-year base period plus one three-year option period.
The ceiling value of the contract’s current iteration is $10B over a decade and the ordering period is set to end on Aug. 30
According to GSA, it will accept comments from 8(a) IT providers and other stakeholders on the draft solicitation through Sept. 6.
