Douglas Dreyer
Douglas Dreyer, formerly a senior vice president at Vencore, has been appointed executive VP of business development at Parsons federal business unit.
Dreyer will oversee the federal groups business development operations in the U.S. through the companys office in Centreville, Virginia, Parsons said Thursday.
Carey Smith
He brings 32 years of progressive experience in the aerospace and defense industry, and he led double-digit growth for the past 10 years through both organic expansion and three acquisitions, said Carey Smith, Parsons federal group president and an inductee into Executive Mosaic‘s Wash100 for 2017.
His experience spans across the areas of cybersecurity, healthcare, space, telecommunications, electrical utility and intelligence in both commercial and government sectors.
He spent six years at Vencore and held senior leadership roles such as SVP of advanced solutions, general manager of healthcare analytics and SVP of marketing and business development.
Dreyer previously worked at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) for 14 years as business development VP.
Prior to Lockheed, he served as a program manager at building materials provider Martin Marietta and systems engineer at General Electric (NYSE: GE).
