Donald DiFrisco, former CEO of International Surveillance Technology, has been named president of Telecommunications Support Services — a portfolio company of Acorn Growth Companies and provider of technical services to the defense electronics sector.
DiFrisco said in a statement released Tuesday he aims to continue TSS’ efforts to innovate and modernize ground-based tactical radar and satellite communication platforms designed to help customers “protect national interests and preserve freedom around the world.
The U.S. Army previously served as president of the National Intelligence Academy and worked at Cross Match Technologies as an executive vice president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer.
DiFrisco serves on the boards of nonprofit organizations that include the Florida Venture Forum, Melbourne Main Street Association and the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association.
