IBM also secured a notice of early termination of the required waiting period for the transaction under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, the company said Friday in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
IBM expects the deal to be completed in the latter half of 2019.
