DLA Selects Fisher Scientific for $312M Lab Equipment Supply Contract

Fisher Scientific will provide laboratory supplies and wares to U.S. military services and federal civilian agencies under a five-year, $312.5M contract from the Defense Logistics Agency.

DLA received seven responses for the fixed-price, economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract via a competitive acquisition process, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.

The agency will use fiscal 2019 through fiscal 2024 defense working capital funds to pay for contractor work, which will take place inTexas and Pennsylvania through May 13, 2024.
