DLA Awards $90M Fire, Emergency Equipment Supply Contract Extension to Six Firms

Six small businesses have received 120-day bridge contracts worth $90M combined from the Defense Logistics Agency to provide equipment for the U.S. military’s fire and emergency operations.

The Department of Defense said Thursday work under the firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract extensions will take place in California, Illinois, Maryland, Virginia and Washington through June 28.

DLA will obligate fiscal 2019 defense working capital funds on this award.

The awardees are:

• Atlantic Diving Supply, doing business as ADS
• W.S. Darley & Co.
• Unifire
• Mallory Safety and Supply
• Federal Resources Supply
• L.N. Curtis & Sons
