The Defense Information Systems Agency’s information technology contracting division has begun seeking proposals for a potential firm-fixed-price contract to provide hardware and software sustainment and mission support services to the Defense Commissary Agency.
The DeCA Enterprise Business Operations Systems Solution contract vehicle will cover maintenance support for NCR brand-name hardware, software and third-party applications used at various commissary locations, according to a notice posted Monday on SAM.gov.
The contract will also support systems fielded under 2015 contract awards to NCR Government Systems and IBM.
Services will include hardware software maintenance, program management, technical support, cybersecurity, testing and integration, cloud migration and end-user support.
DeCA expects work on the five-year contract to commence on Jan. 28, 2024.
