Michael McHugh, chief operating officer of DirectViz Solutions, has elevated to the CEO post at the Chantilly, Va.-based information technology and professional services contractor.
The 25-year technology industry veteran has helped drive customer satisfaction and growth efforts since he joined DVS last year, the company said.
His career also includes time as president of Digital Management Inc.'s defense and national security division, a vice president within the defense group at BAE Systems' U.S. subsidiary and senior VP of Butler International's technology solutions unit.
DVS offers technical services such as systems engineering and integration, cybersecurity, networking and cloud computing support.
