Diane Giuliani, formerly senior vice president of business operations at Textron‘s (NYSE: TXT) systems business, has been appointed as SVP of global business development and strategy at Cubic‘s (NYSE: CUB) global defense segment.
She will report to Cubic Global Defense President Dave Buss and be responsible for implementing business strategies across the CGD organization, the company said Wednesday.
“Diane is an accomplished executive with a vast amount of experience in the ever-changing business environment within the defense and aerospace industries,” said Buss.
At Textron, Giuliani led the integration of four previously acquired companies into the company’s TRU Simulation and Training business and served as the unit’s SVP and general manager.
She previously worked as SVP and GM of logistics and technical services and VP of business operations at Textron subsidiary AAI as well as business development VP at Honeywell‘s (NYSE: HON) technology solutions arm.
