Ceban, a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in business development and client services, will oversee Tria’s client and partner relationships while driving strategic growth and market expansion.
Career Achievements
The new EVP joined Tria in October 2024 as the EVP of military and veteran health business. Before that, she was with SAIC for over 9 years, serving as VP of health market of the civilian business unit and director of business development for federal civilian.
Ceban also served as the business development manager at Optimal Solutions & Technologies, or OST, where she worked with healthcare agencies within the Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Veterans Affairs and the Defense Health Agency. She was also the business development manager at Digicon and USIS.
The Tria executive served as client services manager at Deltek for nearly four years. She was initially with FedSources, which later became part of Deltek. Earlier in her career, Ceban gained valuable experience as the national account manager at Marriott International and assistant managing director at Berlitz.
