The Defense Intelligence Agency has released its final request for proposals for the potential 10-year, $12.6B Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III contract vehicle.
A notice posted Monday says SITE III is the third in a series of DIA’s enterprise IT indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts and is a follow-on to the Enhanced Solutions for the IT Enterprise vehicle or E-SITE, which will expire in December.
SITE III is a multiple-award contract that will deliver IT services and capabilities in support of DIA and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. The chief information officer at DIA wants SITE III to help achieve an advantage in information and communications technology to support warfighters, acquisition leaders and policymakers across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise, according to the statement of work.
The contract vehicle will require contractors to provide enterprise activities and services; infrastructure development/sustainment; application development and sustainment; other special services; and cybersecurity support. Vendors should also create, maintain and update supply chain risk management plans.
