DIA Awards $148M DIA Construction Security Support BPA to Cape Fox Subsidiary

A Cape Fox subsidiary has won a $148.3 million blanket purchase agreement to help the Defense Intelligence Agency secure construction projects within and outside the National Capital Region.

The BPA award to Cape Fox Facilities Services will include escort services and work is expected to conclude on April 30, 2028, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.

DIA is obligating $2 million in fiscal 2023 operations and management funds for the first call order.

The Virginia Contracting Activity facilitated the competitive acquisition for DIA’s requirement and received three offers from industry.

CFFS, part of an Alaska Native-owned corporation, provides support to government customers in human capital management, custodial, security and maintenance and scientific and research areas.
