DHS Adds AECOM, Perspecta to $325M Technical Support IDIQ

The Department of Homeland Security has added AECOM (NYSE: ACM) and Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP) as awardees on a potential $325M indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for professional, scientific and technical support services to DHS’ science and technology directorate.

Both companies will compete for task orders under the Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance III contract, according to a FedBizOpps notice issued Monday.

DHS initially awarded positions on SETA III in late 2018 to ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT), Noblis, Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) and Engility, which became part of SAIC earlier this year through a $2.5B acquisition deal.

The contract will involve program planning, vulnerability and risk assessment, project execution and technology scouting tasks.
