Deltek has been named for the fifth time to The Washington Post’s annual list of top companies to work for in the Washington, D.C. area. The software company said Monday that it landed the 12th spot in the “large company” category of the Post’s 2021 Top Workplaces list.
The publication made the selection based on feedback from employees collected through a survey by research firm Energage. Factors considered for the selection included aspects of workplace culture, including execution, connection and alignment.
“We are always honored to be recognized as a Top Workplace, but this year, the achievement is especially rewarding given the challenges we’ve all faced from the global pandemic,” said Mike Corkery, president and CEO of Deltek and a two-time Wash100 Award recipient.
“Our top priority has always been our employees – and we pivoted quickly at the onset of COVID to ensure our employees continued to be informed and safe,” added Corkery.
The Post recognized the companies in the list through a virtual awards ceremony held Thursday.
