Deltek has finalized its purchase of time tracking platforms provider Replicon in a transaction that allows it to add the latter’s knowledge workforce management platform and expand its portfolio of information, professional services and enterprise software offerings for project-based organizations.
Herndon, Virginia-based Deltek said Tuesday the acquisition will enable it to broaden its position in the global information technology services and consulting market.
In May, Deltek agreed to acquire Replicon, a Canada-based company that offers time management, professional services automation and human resources attendance platforms for project and service-centric businesses.
Mike Corkery, president and CEO of Deltek and a two-time Wash100 awardee, said the combination enables Deltek to offer expanded and new capabilities in support of project and service-centric organizations worldwide.
“We look forward to the many new opportunities this acquisition brings to Deltek Project Nation, including those with Replicon customers and partners,” Corkery added.
